New Opportunities for Rural Revitalization | Expert Team from the Provincial Beverage Industry Assoc

On August 3rd, leaders from Anjinong High tech Group, Anxin Jixian, and Doudoujian warmly welcomed the expert team from Zhejiang Beverage Industry Association. In the morning, the expert team warmly visited the various health raw material bases in Yucun, the birthplace of the "Two Mountains Concept". After conducting on-site inspections and listening to explanations, the expert team learned about the growth environment and ecological conditions of each healthy bamboo raw material, and highly praised the development strategy and innovative concept upheld by each healthy bamboo.

The on-site expert team warmly discussed the topic of "Green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver", and tasted bamboo leaf flavonoid plant drinks, white tea drinks, and leisure ready to eat bamboo shoots. The healthy, fragrant, and warm bamboo drinks, tea drinks, and crispy and delicious bamboo products won praise from the crowd on site.

Expert Symposium

In the afternoon, the expert team visited the Agricultural High tech Group's White Tea Brain and immersively experienced the digital management system of Anji White Tea together.

At the symposium, both sides jointly discussed how the development of regional industrialization in rural revitalization can help farmers increase their income, the healthy development trend of organic herbal and plant-based beverages, and how to integrate charity and public welfare into enterprises to transmit positive energy to society.

Professor Ye Xingqian, a doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University, believes that the formula for various healthy bamboo drinks has potential and meets current health needs. He also emphasizes the need to deeply explore the cultural connotations of bamboo and enable the market to quickly accept bamboo drinks in the new beverage industry.

Professor Feng Lei from Zhejiang A&F University proposed that enterprises should consider how to organically integrate Anji's two "golden leaves" to optimize product functionality. In terms of the healthy development of plant-based beverages, he advocates not only pursuing "zero sugar and zero calorie", but also focusing on the characteristics of other products, deeply developing the value of organic raw materials, the efficacy of bamboo leaf flavonoids, etc., in order to stand out in market competition.

Director Hu Zhenchang of the Provincial Beverage Industry Association pointed out from a business perspective that the beverage industry should make consumers feel happy and joyful after tasting, and seek opportunities from differentiation. He proposed adding dietary fiber to products to create functional drinks, while emphasizing the importance of brand operation and product deep processing.

Finally, at the plaque awarding ceremony, Hu Zhenchang, the director of the Provincial Beverage Industry Association, warmly welcomed Zhejiang Dujia Jiancha Bamboo Technology Co., Ltd. as a member unit.
